1. Participation & Activities
I understand that Wisdom in the Wild includes gentle outdoor activities such as forest bathing, mindful walking, Tai Chi Qigong, creative practice (Ikebana/Kintsugi), haiku writing, and a Japanese tea ceremony.
2. Outdoor Environment
I acknowledge that the event takes place outdoors and may involve uneven ground, insects, sun exposure, heat, and changing weather conditions.
3. Personal Responsibility
I agree to take responsibility for my own comfort and safety, including wearing suitable clothing and footwear, staying hydrated, and using sunscreen or protective items as needed.
4. Health & Medical Conditions
I confirm that I am able to take part in gentle movement and outdoor activities. I will inform the facilitator of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or additional needs that may affect my participation.
5. Liability
I understand that Wilder Wellbeing cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. I participate voluntarily and accept responsibility for my own wellbeing.
6. Respect for Nature & Group
I agree to act with care, kindness, and respect toward nature, the land, and fellow participants.
