Founded by Petrina, a published scientist, health coach and educator it blends modern science with ancient wisdom offering nature immersive experiences that cultivate calm, develop connection and awaken curiosity and creativity.

Our Founder
Petrina is a published scientist, certified health and wellbeing coach and qualified personal trainer dedicated to helping women reclaim their vitality.
Petrina’s personal transformation unfolded in midlife, a turning point that invited her to slow down, listen inward and reshape her wellbeing from the roots. Through this deep rebalancing, she discovered that true vitality arises when the whole self — body, mind and spirit — is tended with patience, presence and care. Guided by a lifelong devotion to teaching and grounded in science‑informed wellness, she now supports women to rise from challenging chapters, reclaim their inner strength and return to a life that feels vibrant and whole. Through Wilder Wellbeing, she offers gentle guidance and nature‑led practices that help women move beyond survival and step into a brighter, more expansive way of living at any age.
