Cancellation Policy

By booking any service offered by Wilder Wellbeing, you agree to be bound by this cancellation policy.

If you need to cancel a wellbeing experience or event - 

  1. If you have booked a wellbeing experience or event and wish to cancel we are unable to offer a refund.  We will however, be able to offer alternative dates or you may transfer your ticket.

If we need to cancel a session or wellbeing experience or event -

  1. ​We offer wellbeing experiences in the outdoors as well as online coaching and operate all year round.  We do not offer a credit note or a refund if you chose not to attend an event due to bad weather, unless we have had to cancel for safety reasons, e.g. high winds or lightning. If we need to cancel or reschedule your session we will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

  2. If we need to cancel a full session, we will offer you credit for another full session.  Refunds will be considered on an individual basis. ​If we need to cancel a part of your session due to unforeseen or extenuating circumstances, we will offer you credit for another full session at no additional cost. ​

  3. Wilder Wellbeing are not responsible for additional costs associated with cancellations by us. e.g. - travel and hotel costs. ​
