Please read carefully before taking part in any Wild Qigong or outdoor Tai Chi Qigong session. By attending, you agree to the following terms.
1. Voluntary Participation
I understand that I am choosing to take part in a Wild Qigong / Tai Chi Qigong session held outdoors in a natural environment. I confirm that I am participating voluntarily and can stop, rest, or modify movements at any time.
2. Physical Activity & Personal Responsibility
I understand that Tai Chi Qigong involves gentle, mindful movement, optional balance work and standing postures. I accept full responsibility for my own physical wellbeing during the session and will listen to my body, moving within my own limits.
I confirm that:
I am fit to participate,
I have disclosed any relevant health conditions to the facilitator if needed,
I will seek medical advice if I am unsure about my suitability.
3. Outdoor Environment
I understand that sessions take place outdoors and may include:
uneven or natural ground,
wet, muddy or slippery surfaces,
changing weather conditions,
insects, plants, wildlife and other natural hazards.
I agree to take care of my footing, wear appropriate clothing and footwear and take responsibility for my own safety in the natural environment.
4. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participating in outdoor movement activities carries some inherent risks.
By joining the session, I accept these risks and agree that Wilder Wellbeing and its facilitator(s) are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings, except where required by law.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that I am responsible for my own belongings and that the facilitator cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage.
6. Weather & Session Changes
I understand that outdoor sessions may be adapted, paused or cancelled due to weather or environmental conditions. If a session is cancelled, I will be informed as soon as possible.
7. Consent to Participate
By attending the session, I confirm that:
I have read and understood this waiver,
I accept responsibility for my own wellbeing,
I agree to follow guidance given by the facilitator to support a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
